If you submit an abstract, you also must register yourself, or the person that will present the paper at the conference event. Notice of acceptance will be given 1 March 2004, with print-quality papers to be submitted 1 May 2004. Presentation time is 20-30 minutes. Please indicate the estimated length of your presentation (excluding the time for questions and discussions). The conference language is English, and all papers are to be printed in the Conference Proceedings. The full Proceedings of HF 04 and the earlier conferences will be available on CD-ROM. The Nordic HF web site lists titles and authors of all papers to ensure efficient Internet search and access to the topics. Use the form below on this page to submit your abstract. For submission of Poster abstract (not for oral presentation), please use this separate form. Please note that request for exhibition space at the conference is to be made on the registration form (check box). The Time schedule gives information on when the final papers shall be submitted after first having been approved by the Programme Committee. We emphasize the importance of contributions from users, either as experience from the operation of existing systems or as requirements for new systems. Technology is not self-sufficient – there has to be a demand from the organisations that in the end actually will operate the fancy technology! Conferences are important venues where users, scientists, engineers and manufacturers meet and have the opportunity to discuss both needs and solutions.
