All regular meals are served in the restaurant building. The welcoming buffet is served
in the mess.
Morning and afternoon coffee/tea are served in the exhibition area (for family members in
the mess).
For excursions, family members may make a lunch package at breakfast.

Bicycles are available. The island of Fårö is no longer a restricted area for foreign citizens.
The fee includes all conference costs, full board and lodging from Monday to Friday.
Note however, that payment for family members and weekend stay is made directly to the FBU
Camp during the week of the conference (thus not included in the conference fee).
Reservations will be allocated in order of payment.
The conference will be held at the FBU Camp on Fårö, an island just north of Gotland in the Baltic Sea.
Due to the limited number of rooms, participants should be prepared to share quarters.
Family quarters are available. The extra fee for an adult is SEK 1300, and for each child (3-12 years of age) SEK 400. Note that payment for family members is made directly to the FBU Camp during the week of the conference (thus not included in the conference fee).
Extra fee for an adult is SEK 400 per day and for each child SEK 200 per day. Requirements for stay to be advised after you have received registration confirmation. Note that payment for weekend stay is made directly to the FBU Camp during the week of the conference (thus not included in the conference fee).
Participants who use their own caravan as lodging will receive a SEK 1800 discount on the conference fee.
Provided that notice is received 14 days prior to the event, a refund of 90% of the conference fee will be made. Otherwise, no refund can be made
