General
We expect you to arrive on Sunday 11 August and to depart on Wednesday afternoon 14 August unless you register other arrival/departure times. The conference will start on Monday 12 August at 08:00 sharp and close on Wednesday afternoon 14 August at around 14:00.

Sufficient spare time has been set aside for informal contacts and meetings.
Location
The conference will be held at the Fårö kursgård camp on Fårö, an island just north of Gotland. The amateur radio station SL1HF card shows the location.
Transportation
Visby on Gotland can be reached from the Swedish mainland with car ferry from Oskarshamn and Nynäshamn (about 3 hours) and by air from Stockholm/Arlanda and probably other airports (less than 1 hour). Direct flight from international airports may be possible. The Travel info page will be updated with transportation details.

Accommodation
Lodging is slightly primitive, but has lately been improved considerably. Due to the limited number of rooms, participants should be prepared to share quarters. You will receive bed linen but you are asked to make up your beds yourselves. Leisure wear is appropriate at all times.

Family
members
For family members the cost for lodging, full board and all social events will be SEK 2 100 incl. VAT (free for youngsters aged 0-3, SEK 525 for youngsters aged 4-9, SEK 1 050 for youngsters aged 10-15). To be paid to the camp.
Adjoining days
Stays on adjoining days are possible. Quarters are available for SEK TBD incl VAT per additional day before/after conference.
Exhibition
There will be an
exhibition inside and outside; please indicate your wish to exhibit in "My
Pages".
Internet
Internet (WiFi) will be
available.
Amateur radio
There will be an amateur
radio station, SL1HF, where you will be very welcome.
Conference fee
The fee of SEK 12 600 + VAT 3 150 (SEK 4 200 + VAT 1 050 for seniors paying out of there own pockets and for students) includes all conference costs, full board and lodging from Sunday afternoon to Wednesday afternoon. Reservations will be allocated in order of receipt of payment. Without family members, some will have to share rooms, an excellent way to meet new friends.
Some HF 19 scholarship awards may be to the disposal of the Organising Committee.
Confirmation of registration and invoicing
Invoice or confirmation of credit card charges and travelling information will be sent starting in April 2019. Please pay board and lodging for family members and weekend stays at the Fårö camp office not later than 13 August. Credit cards (Visa, Master Card and others, but not AMEX and Diners) are accepted, payment in SEK. Bank facilities and cash point are available in nearby Fårösund. Provided that cancellation notice is received 14 days prior to the event, 10 % of the conference fee has to be paid. For later cancellations, the full fee has to be paid. However, participants may be substituted at no extra cost.
