Description
The conference will be held at the Fårö training camp on the island of Fårö. Quarters are comfortable but limited and spartan and shared rooms will allow participants to meet new friends. The normal Full conference fee is SEK 18125 including VAT (or Discounted fee is SEK 6250 including VAT, only for students or emeriti paying out of their own pockets). It includes full board and lodging from Sunday afternoon to Wednesday afternoon.
Price deduction for use of own caravan (no quarters reserved) may be selected as Participant type: Conference fee, stay in own caravan (SEK 18125 – 1750 = 16250) when submitting your registration.
Invoicing will start in June 2025 (+SEK 100 fee excl VAT at payment selection).
Some Family quarters are available and Family members/Companions are welcome
(please select a number at Family members: 0 – 1 -2 – 3- 4 – 5 ).
A nominal charge will be made for these to be paid at location, also for extended stays on adjoining days. Please note that Swedish VAT has to be paid by all participants according to tax regulations.
Prices are, full board and lodging including VAT, all to be payed at location:
Adults, age 15+: +SEK 800 each, per day
Children, age 10-14: +SEK 400 each, per day
Children, age 4-9: +SEK 200 each, per day
Children, age 0-3: Free of charge
Dogs/Pets: Free of charge
Conference Banquet at Tuesday evening:
Children, 4-14 years: +SEK 225 each
Companions, 15+ years: +SEK 550 each
