Conference registration (participate at HF 25)

Register as a participant at the HF 25 conference (includes board and lodging). Selectable payment methods are by credit card (immediate by linked Stripe service), or by requesting an invoice from Combitech.

Note that Authors/Speakers that plan to perform Abstract/Paper submissions also need to register for participation. However, to enable use of one and the same email address you must first perform Author registration from the link below, then register for participation. If you already did it in the opposite order, you must contact: info(at)nordichf.org, for us to authorize you for Author registration using the same, already registered, email address.

Author registration (submit Abstract/Paper)

By using this link you can register to submit your HF 25 Abstract (text description using max 500 words) for review. Later, after approval of the Abstract, you will need to upload the full paper as a file attachment. Deadline dates for all this are found in the HF 25 Time schedule.

The official conference language is English for papers and presentations. The presentation time for each paper will be announced later when the conference program has been fully determined. Each presentation will be followed by 5 minutes for questions.

Please note that the Programme Committee only handles the technical program (abstracts, papers, sessions, etc). Registration to participate at the conference is handled by the Conference Secretariat. Therefore, make sure that you also register as a participant (unless another participant will present your paper).
