Register to participate at the conference – Now Closed

For those who registered with invoice payment but not received it, remaining invoices will be sent in early August. This is due to ongoing summer vacations at Combitech.

Register as a participant at the HF 22 conference (includes board and lodging). Selectable payment methods are by credit card (immediate by linked Stripe service), or by requesting an invoice (manual “On hold” from Combitech).

Note that Authors/Speakers that plan to perform Paper presentations also need to register for participation.

The official conference language is English for papers and presentations. The presentation time for each paper will be announced later when the conference program has been fully determined. Each presentation will be followed by 5 minutes for questions.

Please note that the Programme Committee only handles the technical program (abstracts, papers, sessions, etc). Registration to participate at the conference is handled by the Conference Secretariat. Therefore, make sure that you also register as a participant (unless another participant will present your paper).
