Conference fee

The fee of SEK 9600:- (SEK 4800:- for students) + VAT includes all conference costs, full board and lodging from arrival Monday evening to departure Friday morning/early afternoon. Reservations will be allocated in order of receipt of payment.

Location

The conference will be held at the FBU Camp on Fårö, an island just north of Gotland.

Accomodation

Due to the limited number of rooms, participants should be prepared to share quarters.

Family members

Family quarters are available. The extra fee for an adult is SEK 1300:-, and for each child (3-12 years of age) the fee is SEK 400:- including VAT.

Weekend

Extra fee for an adult is SEK 420:- per day and for each child SEK 210:- per day including VAT.

Caravan

Participants who use their caravan as lodging will receive a SEK 1800:- discount on the conference fee.

Cancellation

Provided that cancellation notice is received no later than 14 days prior to the event, only 10 % of the conference fee has to be paid. For cancellations made later, the full fee has to be paid. However, participants may be substituted at no extra charge.

Bus shuttle

Late afternoon departures from Visby harbour/airport on Monday; first departure from the camp on Friday morning. This round-trip bus transportation Visby harbour/airport - Fårö is included in the conference fee.

Transportation

Visby on Gotland can be reached from the Swedish mainland with ferry from Oskarshamn (4 hours journey), ferry or fast ferry from Nynäshamn (3/5 hours) or by air from Stockholm (Arlanda or Bromma, 45 minutes).

Confirmation and registration

Invoice (or confirmation of credit card charges) and travelling information will be sent upon receipt of registration.
